Friendly and attentive service from owners. The view was amazing along the river and the room was very clean. The bed was so comfortable; however the pillows were not to my liking; I usually bring my own to hotel rooms. It was quiet and I felt safe as an elderly woman travelling alone. The property well lit at night if returning to the room at night. I highly recommend this hotel.

Beautifully renovated and decorated space completely separate from main house. Entire property was lovely. Pictures depict what it is actually like. Well stocked with great towels and a nice bbq, which we used, on the back porch which has a nice sitting area. Loved that we were very close to PEC (an easy drive) but in a quiet area. Karine and her husband Norm are wonderful hosts, from beginning to end. Karine was helpful with the tv setup. She has a real flare for decorating. The place was beautiful! We would highly recommend for two couples and will tell friends!
A quaint Ontario town with a warm and welcoming community.
A quaint Ontario town with a warm and welcoming community. Antique and collector businesses throughout the greater area. Wonderful pottery and glassblowing on site. Several cafes, clothing, pantry and chocolate stores.
The Branch Ranch is about a 10 minute car ride where classes are given in willow making garden decor and basketry. Classes are by reservations only.
Overall, a wonderful area of Ontario to explore and stay a night or two.

It’s a beautiful quaint little town.
It’s a beautiful quaint little town.
And what you can’t find in Warkworth you can find in the nearby town of Campbellford!! We arrived into Warkworth around 6pm on a Saturday and by then a lot of the shops and restaurants had rolled up their welcome mats... understandably sort of 🤔😬😩.
It was for a short visit so browsing the next day unfortunately was not an option. So first l would recommend a earlier arrival time!!
We stayed at “the Roost” which is a fantastic Bed & Breakfast . The breakfast they prepared was delicious. Very friendly hosts .. though we did not
get to chat much to the female counterpart .. Beth! I guess busy with other things🤷🏻♀️😁. Does take a lot of effort to run a B&B... But no doubt “the Roost” was charming, comfy, clean and I would recommend it!!😉😁
