The staff were very friendly and informative, and were so helpful when I had to extend a night due to travel plan changes. The single room is spacious with full sized bathtub in the private bathroom. The spa/sauna area is modern and I had the several facilities all to myself for both times I went. The hotel offered pick-up and drop-off services from/to the bus-stop, which was very helpful for me given my luggage and the snow. Breakfast was also amazing, partly because of their close relationship with the Chinese/Thai restaurant downstairs. I had a wonderful time there and would definitely recommend this place.

The staff were friendly, accomodating and really helped make it such a special experience. Saas Fee is a wonderful small village at the bottom of various 4000m Peaks. There is so much to do, as much in the summer as in winter. The village has everything plus a wonderful bonus: car free! It is clean, very well organized, very friendly people...just a wonderful place!

Overall excellent but did not find the piste marking / maps adequate. As a result it took some time to work the area out. I also feel the village could improve their website and the number and arrangement of webcams. It is way more beautiful than these show

Saas Fee is stunning.
Saas Fee is stunning. The resort was excellent and everyone there was really nice and very polite. The restaurants we ate at were of a very high quality and being Switzerland you expect to pay fairly high prices. The Apres and nightlife was better than other resorts I've visited and I think the people made that the case. We went in January and were apparently very lucky with the weather being sunny as according to a local its usually blizzards. Please note that the pistes face north so were shaded near the bottom. For more sun exposure we drove 5mins to Saas Grund which our ski pass covered. Saas Grund hasn't as many runs but it was still worth a day trip. To summarise I would definitely hit this place up again.
The family room set up was great. The kids room has a sliding door and it’s own bathroom for privacy. There was no fridge but we put our beverages on the porch so no issue. They had a nice breakfast and the spa was lovely (except the hot tub wasn’t very hot but that seems to be a Swiss thing). The ski storage room near the lifts was a nice perk. We brought our border collies and the dog fee was very reasonable and they had plenty of room.
We were sold on the idea of a small, family run chalet style hotel in Saas Fee. It appears that it is similar in style to most accommodation options in the village and we picked it as there were only 2 options left at the time of booking. Pictures and other reviews appeared good. However, this wasn't the case and we certainly would never return to this hotel.
The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was very quiet and the views from my room were beautiful. I loved having a corner room with a balcony & big doors and windows that let in a lot of fresh, cool, mountain air! The walk to the edge of town is probably only about 10 minutes. A very delightful hotel. I would stay there again.
The lodge is exceptionally well decorated and cosy, it makes you feel at home and every item of furniture matches the overall ambiance.
The room we selected (suite with spa), had a superb view on the village and the mountain. Definitely recommend it.
The hotel is family owned, and they are super friendly and helpful.
We absolutely loved our time at the Capra from the welcome drink in the lounge to the amenities that allowed us to have our dog with us. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and supportive and we loved the spa and wellness area. We had a great first visit to Saas-Fee. We will definitely be back next year!
The breakfast was nice, although the coffee machine had a problem from time to time, serving cappucino instead of expresso, water instead of coffee... The hotel is right in the middle of Saas-Fee near all the cable cars and the bus station. We get a free pass to all buses and cable car in Saas towns.
Lovely family run hotel on top of Saas-Fee. I had a great room with a large balcony facing the Allaline mountain - what a great view.
Upon arrival I was lost haven gotten off at the wrong bus station. The host immediately came by car, picked me up and drove me to the hotel with a smile!
Best staff in the whole Saas Fee. Ana was super friendly and helpful during our whole stay. We went for the closing of the season weekend and the vibe everywhere was great. They made us feel at home. We will go back for sure!
Obrigado!
