They are super friendly. We were travelling with our 1-yr old baby and they prepared everything for us: the small bed, the high chair, etc. The breakfast is simple, but enough to start a good day. We also took dinner at the restaurant and it was excellent too: certainly home-made and traditional. A lot of hiking paths are nearby and the area is beautiful!
