I requested for a sewing kit, shower cap and iron which were all provided for. There's free parking in front of hotel subject to availability. There's also a direct bus 3414 into the city centre. Straight metro line into Bilbao. But the best part is Natalia, so friendly and helpful, thank you Natalia for your warm welcome and wonderful apartment.
