The location was great! The Roman Aquaduct was right out our window. The staff was super nice and helpful. They have a parking garage.

I had just flown from the U S, had some challenges getting into Madrid and onto the train. It was a huge relief to be so comfortable with her quest to help with whatever!
The location is outstanding. I enjoyed walking around the piazza before breakfast.
