Everything. The cottage is spacious, clean, full equipped and located in an idyllic spot on the farm. It is remarkably easy to find given it's solitude. The hosts were super friendly and helpful. It even has your own private stand alone wooden sauna and outside areas to sit, relax and just take in teh calm and rural views. it is about 15 minutes from a nice town and beach.

The room was cosy, and the bathroom/ shower great in the morning. Heating was just right - not too hot.

Tammisaari is a wonderful summer city. You have the beach close at hand, a nice restaurant (Fyren) and everything is close. Other cities, such as Hanko, Karjaa and Fiskars are also close by. You should definitely have a car, rental or otherwise, to easily move around and to get to Tammisaari in the first place. Once you are in Tammisaari and especially if the weather is sunny, it's nice to just walk around because the city is so wonderful in the summer. The people are also very friendly.

Tammisaari is one of the cities in Finland which everyone should visit. The distance from Helsinki is about one hour with a car, but there is also a train station by the town. It is picturesque, small town by the sea. The old town is like going time traveling 200 years to the past. There is some nice cafes and restaurants and the local pizzeria YLP! The kids can play ate the playgrounds by the sea. In the summer you can enjoy ice cream, beer or wine in many of the small stalls around the sea. You can walk around the town in 20 minutes, but make sure you have your camera with you! Highly recommended also for the Finns for a little day trip.

Tammisaari is a wonderful small and calm city, where the air is clean and the distances are small. There is also a wonderful restaurant called GH Fyren with an excellent atmosphere and delicious food. There is also a charging point for hybrid and electric cars in the parking lot.

Tammisaari is a great small and calm city and especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, a very safe place indeed. It's typically a summer town, but there is amazing beauty in it also during winter.

Nice homely feel. Didn’t feel too ‘touristy’.
Nice homely feel. Didn’t feel too ‘touristy’. Nice, relaxed vibe. Lovely cafes and beautiful old town. Multiple swing seats and quiet beaches around the lakeside. Short distance from Hanko via train, but the accommodation and amenities in Tammisaari is much cheaper. Highly recommended! :)

It's a nice small town, where it's easy to find everything and the distances between different places is small, when using a car. The nature area Dagmar's Park is close by just off the highway on the way towards Hanko.
Nice view from the balcony towards the sea! The sun shines directly there in the evening, so we enjoyed watching the sunset.
The beds were spacious, though a little too soft for our taste, but still, we got a good rest.
The breakfast was copious, I didn't expect it to be so good and diverse at a hotel with just 2 stars.
We enjoy our stay, as well as the dog!
This is a perfect hotel if you need a base to make trips from. Our room had a balcony with a beautiful view over water and with an evening sun. It was about 10 – 15 minutes’ walk to the centre with nice restaurants by the sea, so the hotel is not central. They have bicycles though. Breakfast was satisfactory with both cold and cold dishes.
The breakfast was quite good. The music in the breakfast room was very nice, i.e. beautiful Christmas music, which created a nice ambiance. The hotel had also made a great effort on the Christmas decorations in the breakfast room. The room is very spacious and the sauna is nice. This hotel has become my favourite one in Tammisaari.
Great location! Right next to a beach and several good restaurants. Air conditioning in the hotelroom was nice in the middle of a heatwave. For people travelling with kids: the beach is suitable also for smaller kids and there is a big playground in between the hotel and the beach.
Small family-style hotel well in line with the general atmosphere of this fabulous little coastal town. Clean, quiet and functional. The rooms are small but adequate and the sea view is food for the soul. The breakfast has everything you need.
Nice holiday week in Tammisaari. Would recommend to anyone whishing to stay there and doing self catering. We will definitely consider this for next summer! Tammisaari has limited options and this is one of the good ones.
Very friendly and helpful staff. We needed to leave 2 bags at the hotel a day prior to checking in. This was no problem at all and happily accommodated. Great location at the edge of the old town and near to the harbour.
The hotel is very clean and beautifully maintained even though its pandemic time. The reception is extremely welcoming and warm. Breakfast is good . Will definitely come back in future 😀
The hotel staff were very nice and kind people. Hotel's location was also quite good. Air condition worked nicely and made it possible to sleep during the summer heatwave.
The hotel does meet your standard needs and the breakfast was tasty. Also a nice bonus to be able to sit outside to enjoy your breakfast during the summer.
