Everything about this hotel is lovely and exceptional! It is quite design-forward, which we love. The food was delicious and the staff was incredibly friendly and eager to assist. The concierge was excellent. The front desk staff was lovely and friendly...just be sure to ask management or the concierge if more detailed answers are necessary as they are the rockstars with very quick and active results. Be sure you have dinner on property at least once...it is exceptional...whether it's the Bistro or the the Table. The breakfast staff was so cheerful and happy to accomodate our multiple requests for long coffees, more cream, more honey, etc...we felt very spoiled. They are also a great wealth of information if you have questions about their input of what to do around town or which runs to hit on the slopes! We really enjoyed the outdoor firepit and inviting hotel lounge/bar...the drinks are top notch. We weren't there long enough to take advantage of their pool/spa offerings but it looked very nice. This is def. a "cool kids" destination that still manages to feel welcoming to those coming with their families. It strikes all the right notes for traveling to the area in a stylish and comfortable way!

Megève is one of the highest class resorts in the alps and so is a great experience but you don't have to spend a lot to enjoy. The main pedestrian street is great fun to explore. It has truly unique shops and world class galleries and the people watching is most interesting.

Megeve would be a different experience if the snow had arrived in time for our ski trip. As it was, we left half a day early to reach our second destination in Meribel. Meribel's slopes are higher up so they had more snow. Megeve feels like a lovely "locals" spot...plenty of fun runs for all levels if there was more snow on the ground. But you could literally spend an entire week at Les 3 Vallees, just an hour away. The town of Megeve was more charming than Meribel if I had to choose a "charming award"...with it's cobblestone streets and horsedrawn carriages....beautiful shops and outdoor space for food/drink...it's very picturesque. The more energetic apres ski scene is at Meribel...Le Folie Deuce, etc. The food at Nano Cafe was exceptional for lunch in Megeve! And the fun scene at Le Ferme Saint Amour was special...not everyone was in sequins and heels, like they suggest, however. And the entertainment at the early seating was mild, unlike their more festive marketing shots on IG for the restaurant. Service there was wonderful, but it was a spendy meal for the mild entertainment vs our expectations. Perhaps the later seating is different, but with teens we were not offered that option. Just something to note. Hotel lobbies are a great destination for drinks...M Hotel and Park Lodge especially.

Megeve is too expensive, but it's clear that they try to be high-end tourist town. We were there for the Tour de France so we didn't spend much time in the town. I think it has plenty of options also for the winter (skiing).

Once I have checked in the receptionist was pleasant but somewhat confused. I have asked for slippers and bath robe but she answered that I had the lowest entry and it was not possible. Since the hotel was not complete I have told her that I'm a Genius level with Booking to what she replied that she did not what I was talking about and that she will see it with the Manager. Obviously it never happened...These types of little courtesies would really help as while one is constantly being reminded how great are the advantages booking via Booking is is not what it seems to be.
A bed sit of reasonable size with a small shower room and kitchen area, both of good standard. I was on the ground floor, so no balcony, with two medium/small windows. Easy arrival and parking. Convenient ski room for skis and boots. A 15 to 20 minute walk down into the centre of Megève, all uphill on the way back! Normally, you would have the Grands Champs chair lift about 30m away, but I stayed late March 2023 when there was very little snow, so it was closed. You also have the Rochbrune cable car about 150m walk away.
We were a group of seven women ages 28 - 62 . The staff were amazing***** friendly, super helpful, enthusiastic and genuine. Every question was deal with patience (as we do not speak French) every request - transfers, lifts to town, arranging reservations, ski hire etc...nothing was a bother. The hotel is lush but relaxed, smells amazing! alpine decor, big enough rooms. A mix of families and adult groups. Amazing breakfast - all options and great evening meals for low key nights. We even had fresh flowers in our room.
Truly friendly and helpful service, not intrusive yet very attentive.
The location of the hotel is superb.
Simple and elegant design where every little detail is considered with care, to both please aesthetically and to be very functional.
I enjoyed my room with the small balcony, took advantage of the spa and had a wonderful lunch while listening to live jazz.
Many thanks for your hospitality
The chalet is very clean, kitchen is very well equipped. Very cozy and warm, the living is spacious with a big tv screen! All the rooms were well separated with good privacy and great view from each room. The chalet manager and owners were fantastic and extremely helpful, all informations were sent to us before the stay, even during the stay the manager was responding immediately. Top managed!
The staff at the hotel are extraordinary - they went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful family vacation. The staff (including the hotel manager) were always available to provide us with dining recommendations and other advice. The spa in the hotel is terrific and the restaurant and bar were also a delight after a day of skiing.

the apartment is very clean and tidy. The equipment in kitchen is perfect--including all necessary apparatus and use. location is perfect, while it just few meters away from ski but stop, it is 7 min walking away from the center. free parking is very convenient.
Beautiful views and great location near Megeve. You can have the hotel drop you into town and a lovely and easy 20 minute walk back. Rooms were nice and clean, bed were very comfortable. In the summer they set up a movie night outdoors and it was lovely.
