Best nights sleep ever, the bed was so comfortable, various Flavour teas were available in the poom, Simon Provided breakfast cereals in boxes, there was a microwave there for use, House was immaculate and very well looked after

Great location, is away from the hustle and bustle but close access to the station. Property is clean. Our room was nice but the tap in our room was a bit faulty.

the room was excellent, comfy and well decorated. the bar was well stocked and with a great atmosphere (although did get a little busy at times). although not exactly central London balham is only a short tube ride away from the main London attractions. would definitely go again
