Joy and Ross are very welcoming and can't do enough to help your stay be as comfortable as possible. They are also very knowledgeable about the local area, Belfast City and Northern Ireland as a whole. They are an excellent source of recommendations for things to do and places to eat while staying with them. Rooms are bright, modern, comfortable and clean. Location does really require a car but the roads are very quiet and scenic plus there is parking at the property. Nice outdoor area to sit on an evening and a fantastic hot tub is available. Whole house has a quiet and calming atmosphere.

There were two large reception rooms and the kitchen was also very big and it was equipped with all the equipment and even extra food as well. The rooms were also very spacious and one of them had an en suite as well. Overall we had a lovely stay, would definitely recommend to anyone out there.
