Staff friendly, breakfast was good with a reasonable amount of choice for a hot breakfast, the buffet option was limited.
Sadly the decor is very dated, the hotel looks neglected.The room was not particularly clean with cobwebs and dust. Shower cubical needs replacing

Location was perfect for a wedding we were attending at Waveny House Hotel. Breakfast was not great. Both days the food was not really hot enough. However, we had dinner on our first night and that food was excellent! The room had a variety of hot drinks plus bottled water & biscuits, which was good.
