Good location. The hosts are really nice. Love the food. Clean room / bathroom and cozy bed. Everything is exceptional. They can definitely up their charges with the level of service they are providing. We weren't expecting much as we got it for a low price, but the whole time I keep on mouthing to my husband how nice the hosts are, very welcoming. Affordable room price - breakfast is included. They serve different options for continental and traditional full English breakfast. Top marks on the service, host was very keen to check what they can help with. To add, the direction to the hotel was very clear, we did not struggle locating the place. Worth booking.

Breakfast was lovely, cooked to perfection. Grapefruit with yoghurt was great.
The drinks were cheap for hotels and even pubs.
The staff where polite and helpful. They carried my bags to and from my room. I am disabled and would recommend the hotel.
Holywell Bay, amazing caves which can be explored at low...
Holywell Bay, amazing caves which can be explored at low tide and the waters are crystal clear and so warm, the sand is golden yellow too, this is one of my favourite beaches in Cornwall... actually the world! The best sunsets too especially with a backdrop of Gull rock - We had a fab few hours body boarding here and our dog loves nothing more than running along those beautiful sands!
Some super coastal walks to the nearby, Polly Joke and Crantock beach ...you may even be v lucky to see some seals sunning themselves -Tom and Lou's, Treago Farm is definitely worth visiting for some lovely refreshments enroute...
Perran Sands is in the other direction!
We had a delicious Sunday lunch in the Seiners arms which is located in Perranporth.
