Lovely clean, warm room. The bed was large and very comfortable. There were towels and toiletries, but we did not use them. Loved the biscuits! Very quiet and scenic location, we both got a good night's sleep, which was the point of the stay. We had to re-tune the TV, but once we had done that, it was fine.

We had booked a "cell" room. The furnishings were excellent. The bathroom was large and well-equipped. Personally, I would have preferred a walk-in shower instead of a bathtub, but that's a matter of taste. The bed was very comfortable. We did not book breakfast as I found the price to be inappropriate. In addition to a quite high flat rate per person, an extra charge was applied for any hot dishes (such as scrambled eggs, etc.).Otherwise, the staff was very nice and accommodating.

It is located in a very quiet area (not very central - about 15 minutes by bus from the city centre). The staff were nice, the beds large and comfy. I had one breakfast there, which was rather nice but nothing extravagant. It was clean.

Getting through Horspath to find the campsite is a bit...
Getting through Horspath to find the campsite is a bit awkward (narrow roads and sharp bends) and you probably need satnav, but it is straightforward. The track between the main road and the campsite is rather bumpy! We went into the village for breakfast, to Bruin's Cafe on the High Street - really nice, lovely tasty food and great service, would thoroughly reccommend.
