Fantastic location right next to Babbacombe Downs. Lovely little touches throughout and all very nicely done, I have been here several times now and it's just as lovely as it was when it first opened. I like the room names, the carefully themed decorations and the overall feel of the place. Care and attention to detail everywhere.

Beautiful secluded spot in this country house hotel, with lovely gardens and very good food for both dinner and breakfast. Clean and comfortable, though not exceptional, still a very good hotel.

Visited past 4 years. Much work has been done in the extensive grounds and the hotel itself since our visit one year ago. And the new indoor swimming pool is five star. Situated by the beach and a 10 minute walk into town.
