Great value for money. We have been here a few times because we always find the family rooms to be spacious, staff very friendly and helpful, food great and breakfast lush, the pancake maker is a bonus for the kids. The pool is a good size for a hotel as is the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. Pub 5min walk away that does great food, there is an M&S and Next shop 5mins walk too. It’s 15mins on a bus to get into Maidstone town centre but last bus at 6pm so you need to get a taxi back that only cost £10. We also ordered a take away one night and met the delivery guy at the reception doors. I left a pair of earrings in the room and the cleaner found them. They hotel sent them back to me. Very happy

breakfast was buffet and a good choice. my problem was with the restaurant on Saturday evening...we booked a table a week before they say we stayed.when we went to order(which you did at the bar) we looked at the 3 page menu and when we ordered they said we only have chicken curry and pizza(which turned out to be a frozen type like you but at cheap supermarket..when arived w said we had booked a table and when we came down they showed us to the restaurant But NOBODY mentioned about the lack of choice of food until we ordered.
