The staff were so lovely! We booked a second room at the last minute as my partner and I were getting married the next day and we decided to spend the night apart. The room we booked wasn't available in the end, but the staff went to great lengths to find us another room and were really helpful. If we had had the time, I would have loved to try the food!

More Than Just a London Suburb
Ilford benefits from a train station on the fast line between Liverpool Street and Shenfield. Since Stratford, site of the Olympic Park, is only a few stations away, Ilford rose in international popularity during the build-up to the 2012 Games. However, location isn't all it has going for it.
The Borough of Redbridge is run from its Grade II-listed Victorian town hall, on a pedestrian precinct which includes the Ilford Exchange shopping centre. To the west is another Grade II-listed building: the 12th-century Hospital Chapel of St Mary and St Thomas of Canterbury.
The UK’s only complete mammoth skull was found underneath the high street and is now displayed in London’s Natural History Museum. Redbridge Museum houses more archaeological finds, and the 17th-century Valentines Mansion features a Victorian kitchen and beautiful gardens.
Actually outside of the capital when built, the mansion is now firmly within Greater London and is surrounded by Valentines Park with its boating lake and cricket pitch where Essex County once played.
The diverse cuisine of Ilford’s restaurants reflects its multicultural population, and there are also several good bars and a club near Gants Hill Tube station that is popular with reality TV stars. Nearby Ilford accommodation on Booking.com includes hotels with parking and cheap guest houses.

As a black person I felt comfortable among the Asian population and I saw other persons of color as well. The town is lively and friendly. The Turkish food was a blast. The shopping center has almost everything. For black women, there's a hair shop in the main shopping area. The prices are reasonable for London

My son and I went for a visit "back home" I'm a Londoner living in Yorkshire, the hotel was clean n the beds comfortable, although the room was extremely small, I ended up walking out of the bathroom and hitting my foot on the bed as it was so close, we did not use the wardrobe as there were hinges missing and the door came off when it was open, there was an awful smell when running the water in the sink, but as I say the rooms were spotless. In a good place for the Elizabeth line train into London.
the hotel is situated near the railway station which is a really practical thing and near a mall, which was great for us. The location is good. We got a great help from the staff, we want to thank especially Maria for her kindness and help. Also a lot of thanks to the cleaning staff, the room was clean up every second day, and felt really comfortable and great to come to rest after a day in London. The English breakfast provided was good, we thank for the service.
The staff and the food were awesome 👌. It is a basic economic place. My room 11, was very comfortable and quiet even do We stayed during the bands night.
The new rail line Elizabeth is 3 minutes walking it goes very fast just 19 minutes to Liverpool Street Station in a very safe neighborhood.
A lot of great mid-east restaurants in the area.
Next to the guest house there is Hagstag Coffe for early breakfast.
I had been in the hotel twice in same month
I had a lovely stay here, the workers were friendly ,and very welcoming, the location is super beautiful and surrounded by many shops and restaurants , the room is clean and quiet and feels like home , highly recommended & Definitely visiting it again & again…
Excellent value for money and good location to train station for route into London. Plenty of shops etc close by. Modern hotel and extremely clean. Staff really lovely. Large room, good size bathroom, extremely comfortable beds. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks for a lovely stay.
I like that the property is located within walking distance to the metro. There are plenty of shops , restaurants and grocery stores around. The staff at the property was nice and helpful. The community / kitchen area /backyard, and bathroom on lower level spacious and very clean.
My stay was pretty well for overall. The hotel location is good in terms of reaching local amenities. It's 15 minutes walk to the closest train station. The room is clean in generally and the staff of the hotel was very helpful and friendly.
Professional host - available even late at night. Well refurbished apartment, condition still as good as new. Parking space in front of the house. Excellent subway connection to downtown London within 10-15min walking distance.
Breakfast Good..Location Good...I Have Family in Ilford Area.. I Like to Visit them on St Patrick's Weekend.. and Drown the Shamrock... I Know My Way around Now....My Oyster Card Me to Places of My Choice..Tony..
Staffs sre friendly. It is clean but in the room some essential facilities need to fix. Like hanger, closet, electric points, sleepers, water glass etc. Hotel authority frequently changes (increases) the room rates.
The staff we're very welcoming and the hotel was by far the best in Ilford
Cleaned everyday and nothing was too much trouble, would definitely stay again no noisey neighbours which helped get some good sleep.
Really good value for money. We got a cheap room with 3 single beds in. That is very hard to find in London. Very close to the tube station and a good amount of shops and cafés/restaurants about. Free WiFi.
Location is very convenient for central London. Cheap parking at £6 for 24 hours.
One minute walk to tube which is on central line. Room was clean and basically comfortable.
