The room was beautiful and clean. The staff was extremely friendly. When I arrived too late to eat dinner in their restaurant, they called another restaurant for me and arranged a reservation. They also upgraded my room due to availability without me asking. They were wonderful.

A lovely little market town with everything you need. Free parking in the town was a bonus and lots of choice of coffee shops. Small park nearby with leisure lake and play area for children only a short walk out of Moffat. Close to motorway so excellent place to stop off with lots of scenic walks from Moffat following Annandale water. We like the location in the middle of town and close to the M74. The rooms are clean and comfortable and there is good secure parking at the rear of the hotel. We love the small cosy bar and the music nights are exceptional, like having acoustic musicians in your living room. What makes this hotel is the warm welcome and really friendly staff who work so hard to ensure you enjoy your stay. We will be back again soon.
