I couldn’t fault the staff at this venue. I was staying by for work and arrived late after work. They managed to get me a table, without hesitation, for some food even though it was the Saturday before Christmas. They were super attentive, the food was insane and I couldn’t fault the service. They even made me the most perfect breakfast bag to take away.

The room was eclectic with lots of interesting items with great views out to the estuary as well as a window overlooking the curious hat museum. It was large with all of the facilities I needed. A local, well stocked store allowed me to purchase all I needed for an evening meal and breakfast.
The host kindly allowed me to store my (filthy) bike inside the main door where it was safe.
The family-run Glencarse Hotel is situated in Glencarse, just 6 miles from Perth. It was built in the 17th century and features contemporary styling within its classic, traditional building.
