Very comfortable stay in a spacious room, complete with small sofa, kettle and tea and coffee. Bathroom was decorated in a modern way. Bed was comfortable. Location excellent - just 10 minutes walk downhill to Scarborough Spa (my main reason for staying here). Room key also opens the front door key - excellent for coming home late after attending at the Spa, for example. The owners were communicated very well - including responding to a request to check in early the night before my stay.

Great central location for making the most of Scarborough, but off the main roads so not noisy. Wonderfully welcoming host and team. Spacious, clean and modern room with everything I needed. It felt secure, peaceful and comfortable.
