Overall nice hotel if one doesn't have too high expectations. The newly renovated rooms are nice and beds are comfy. The hotel bar is amazing and breakfast for 14GBP was plentyful with an option of hot breakfasts and a buffet. Cocktails were good in the evening.

The staff were exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was fantastic. Plenty of choice. The bar was great. Pancakes were amazing beds. Very comfy, lots of pillows. Lots of towels.
