It is a lovely property with all the facilities you could need. Good comfortable beds, 2 shower rooms and good living areas. I think the garden in Summer would be great.
We had a big family Christmas there and we were really happy with everything about our stay.
The owner has thought of everything you may need for a stay away from home. It is near all local amenities.
Beforehand the owner was so kind to us even supplying a Christmas tree.

Staff in the breakfast restaurant were exstreamly helpful offering to carry my food plates as I walk with a stick and informing us when fresh bacon had been put out.
All staff and the house keepers were helpful and friendly.

We usually stay at the Laurieston Hotel but they wanted £100 more for a 2 night stay and there was no difference in accommodation facilities and we had a sea view.
The Smiths Hotel is located on the seafront at Weston-Super-Mare, overlooking the sandy beach. It offers spacious rooms and a Victorian terrace with views across Weston Bay.

It’s in an okay location, about 10/15 mins from the town centre. The rooms are priced very low so as somewhere to just sleep it’s okay. WiFi connection was pretty stable.

You feel as if you are in the middle of nowhere, even though...
You feel as if you are in the middle of nowhere, even though you are only a 10 minute drive into Weston Super Mare, a 5 minute drive to a large supermarket, pubs, restaurants and fast food places, and only 10 minutes to access the M5. No issues with satnav, unlike in many areas that can lead you the wrong way through country lanes. A beautiful drive through very picturesque countryside to reach the accommodation.
