When we got there the smell in the house was awful so we had to find air freshener and open all the doors, we then discovered there was a gas leak so the landlord had to get the emergency gas out ,
When we went upstairs the decor was dirty , scribbles all over the walls, dirty doors and door frames, the large king size bed mattress had a huge V dip in the middle so sleeping was uncomfortable in that bed, the shower head upstairs leaked so had to be changed for the downstairs one,
When we went into the kitchen we couldn’t find any metal cutlery or real plates only plastic ones
We found everything in the dishwasher all mouldy and there were no tea towels or oven gloves to use when using the oven ,

I would rate this higher if I had spent more time. I arrived very late and then also left early. However, the night supervisor [John] was excellent and should be commended. First rate staff member.
