We arrived early, but they checked is in straight away - even upgraded our room. The staff everywhere in the hotel were so friendly and efficient. We ate in the bar/restaurant - the food was great. The room was good - great view of the aircraft. Staff booked a driver to take us to the airport - he arrived on time and was also great.

Friendly and professional staff The Hotel is close to Heathrow Airport My food in the bar was excellent, my husband’s chicken salad was average, prices are as you’d expect near the airport and in quality Hotel. Sadly, the bar is VERY noisy with loud music and lots of voices. I think a conference was underway during our stay and they were enjoying pre dinner drinks. Soft music would make it a more comfortable space. Room was comfortable and clean Very comfortable king bed, high quality sheets, pillows and doona. Decent sized room

The location was excellent and the staff were very friendly and we'll informed in relation to the local area. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Bathroom had soft fluffy towels and again was clean with complimentary toiletries. The hotel had a large carpark and we were able to leave our cars even after we had checked out. The hotel is right on the river with bars, shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk. There is a river walk which leads to neighbouring villages. The scenery is beautiful. Breakfast was made to order for hot food. There was fruit, yoghuts and cereal available to self serve as well as tea, coffee and juice.
