The hostess was amazing . The property was beautiful and clean . The hostess responded immediately to some of my questions about nearby restaurants and made inquires on our behalf. Very accommodating as we were running late due to an issue on one of our bicycles. Recommended a local bike shop .

Princess Art Hotel is a little gem. The room was a combination of historic and comfort. The view looking over the garden was charming and the room was quiet. You are able to rent bikes on-sight which was very convenient. The breakfast was scrumptious and two blocks down is gelato, a few outside bar/cafes and restaurants. The location was perfect both for riding the town wall and walking to the sites downtown. Finally- the front desk staff were amazingly friendly and helpful!
