What a beautiful city and surrounding areas.
What a beautiful city and surrounding areas. So much to see and do, much of it just a short drive away - for instance, seeing the Black Madonna at Oropa, visiting the mediaeval castle in the city, eating the best ice cream I've ever had in the gelaterie next to the tourist office ... I answered above that the length of stay was just right, but with half decent weather my stay would have needed to be longer as there are quite a few things to see and the area has beautiful nature ideal for walking.

The whole Sanctuary is a beauty, with churches and chapels, a magnificent cemetery, lovely nature and mountains around. The employees, be it at the restaurant or the hotel, trust you (no security, no vigilance, etc.). The people at Croce Bianca Restaurant are very friendly. Also the (ex-voto) Gallery is worth the travel in itself: ultimate discover for me. Said so: there was twelve guests during my staying. I wouldn't know during High season...FabienSwitzerland

Beautiful views from all of the windows. Importantly – despite it being a loft apartment, the house does not overheat at all. Nice patio. Great furnishings, including a washing machine. Meticulously clean.

The owner, although without knowing him, was helpful enough to send us plenty of suggestions to enjoy Biella and fast responses to our messages. Check in and check out is easy. Great details like mosquito nets in the windows and plenty of space for towels.

The hotel is on a main street but it is well isolated so one can hear the noise of the cars just as from a distance. In the room there was.a fridge and a coffee machine. The hotel has a private parking for at least 6 cars and in any case it never a problem to find a parking neaby
