We booked this room and upon arrival , no one was at the hotel to greet us … door was locked. We called and went to voice message… we had to scramble to find another hotel for the night. Poor service. It was also well after 3 when we arrived so not like an unexpected check in.

Salvatore was very helpful and kind. He responded instantly to any questions. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and brand new with all the needed appliances and accessories. The location was perfectly situated away from traffic, but close to the city center. Parking was ample, free, and easy. The laundry facilities are in the basement of the building and includes a clothes dryer, very rare for Italy.
