i loved: - how clean it was. seriously, i’ve stayed in a lot of questionable hostels lately and this one was very clean! - a peaceful, pleasant atmosphere. i felt like i could come home after a long day (of boiling in florence among the tourists) and relax. - the staff were really friendly! - lots of common areas for people to meet or just hangout with a book. - air conditioning!!!

Positive experience from the moment we contacted the property the morning of arrival. We were able to leave our luggage early while out sightseeing. The owner welcomed us and assisted with our luggage. Also provided parking and dining recommendations in the area we were visiting. Even went as far as making reservations for us at a local eatery due to cell phone issues. The owner’s on words “My home is your home” made us feel like family. Highly recommend staying here.
