Place was disgusting. Dirty bed sheets, dirty pillows, old broken furniture, just plain gross! We left the premises immediately upon arrival. This place should not even be listed by booking.com as there are promoting 100% false advertising.

The hotel is very new and super modern and clean. The beds are very comfortable. There was no kettle but the staff was happy to warm up some water for me to make coffee. For breakfast you sit down and the server comes to collect your order for eggs and stuff. When you're done, there is plenty of dolce and cakes to choose from, their croissant was just oozing the filling. They must have used like half a jar. Really really good.

The place was absolutely beautiful, clean and comfy. Gorgeous chandelier hanging from the wooden rafters above our king sized bed in a beautifully rustic room! The indoor heated underground pool was amazing but only available by appointment daily for 45 minutes. Access to the Spa was a plus for $25 pp for the 1.5 hour Wellness Path experience. Rooms are available in 3 separate buildings in close proximity to each other with reading and drinking nooks and crannies in all. Breakfast was wonderful and had lots options, but was 13 euros pp per day as it was not included in our package. 2 beautiful restaurants to choose from on property we only tried one as the other was closed the day we wanted to book it. Lots of other restaurant options available in this quaint little town and they were all wonderful! Views were amazing from everywhere!! It was truly a magical place!

Perfect location for a late check in after a long day in Gaiole and needing to hit the road in the morning to head to Rome. Breakfast was great. As well as staff.
My friends and I really enjoyed our stay here. The landscape there is beautiful, and the house is very comfortable. It is in a very quiet area but could be an excellent place for a party. There was a barbecue and good lawn furniture so we stayed very comfortable outside for lunch and dinner. Everything seemed brand new in the kitchen and was very clean. We stayed here to celebrate our birthdays and to have a change of scenery, and it was the perfect choice to stay here. We wish we could have stayed longer!
