I loved the cleanliness, the toiletries available, and the whiteness of the bedsheets and towels! The room has its own thermostat so you can choose how cozy you want to be. Incredible staff, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was small but everything was fresh and tasty! Perfect location next to Terme, huge outdoor parking. We even lost the rooms metal key and they didn’t charge us anything and handled it with such elegance. The hotel may be 3 stars but the experience they give you is 5 stars. Bravo Albergo Sorriso!
