Breakfast was delicious and healthy. Federica made it fresh for us every day.
The location is a very small village. Easy to reach and cozy. There's a lot to see around.
Federico and Federica were great hosts and we loved our stay.
Located in the medieval center of Labro, the Albergo Diffuso Crispolti offers rooms in a refined style created in the spaces of Palazzo Barberini and Crispolti, elegantly restored.

Ambience, location, views, friendliness of la signora making breakfast which was excellent.

Montefranco is a small and basic village with history.
Montefranco is a small and basic village with history. It is situated on a hilltop with great views throughout the valley. While very pleasant, it does not seem that different to dozens of other small rural villages situated on hilltops in the region. A pleasant place to stop or base yourself when exploring the region, but not enough to make it a destination in its own right. The lack of dedicated tourism does make it attractive if you are seeking to relax and avoid the crowds.
It was a treat to stay in such an old historical place. Vanessa was awesome (as you will read in other reviews) and gave us a tour of the facility. The view from our balcony was awesome of the local towns built into the side of the hills. It was very picturesque. The chapel and frescos throughout the hotel were very beautiful. The breakfast was great! Different fruits, brioches, meats, cheeses, cereal, juices and caffe were available. The location was close to Casade Della Marmore, which is the largest man made water fall in the world.
The owner went above and beyond. This was a one night stop for us. We were walking the Via di Francesco and arrived there later than expected after a long day of walking. We were just too tired to walk back into town for dinner. There was a large group staying in the hotel that had arranged for dinner in advance. The set a table for us and charged us a very reasonable price for a good, hot meal on the fly.
We had the suite, which was very well laid out and comfortable. The staff were excellent and very supportive. Would have appreciated the chance to have dinner in the hotel, but the staff helped us to find a very good restaurant close by. The swimming pool was a real-life saver on very hot days.
A very enjoyable stay, made that bit special by the excellent staff.
Hotel located on a hill slope with beautiful scenery. Rooms are facing the view and close to the pool (which was closed in April). The dining room was nice but basic. Staff made a big effort to keep us satisfied. Overall a good experience.
Very friendly staff. The small excursion they made in the (ex-)convent. Had all the same things in the bathroom like in the 4-star hotel. Room was furnished modest, but felt yourself cosy. Breakfast was good. Had small fridge in the room.
