The owner, Leonardo was very welcoming and kind. The bar was lovely for an apertivo and then we enjoyed a nice dinner at the restaurant. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable.

Location was very good, next to the main bus stop of camerino.
There is also a coffee shop right next to it which is very good and cheap and offers a selection of baked goods. There was free parking on site.

Villa was clean and had so much space for our family of 4. Great location to mountains and walkable trails. Close to local shops and stores. Great place if you love nature and being in a less busy and loud city. Owner and family were so nice and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay. Plan to returning and staying here.
Breakfast is included but limited to packaged bread and crackers. Coffee and milk also provided. We bought fruit and yogurt in town to supplement the breakfast for the kids.
