Property is located in a great location, next to everything you need. Small shops & fantastic restaurants, there’s places to grab coffee, pastries & gelato. Great for a quiet getaway & great as a base to get to the beach (Mondello) and close proximity to the station, should you need to go further into the city centre.
Property itself is clean, well stocked & has everything you need. The bonus is the wonderful balcony where you can enjoy a coffee & the view of village!
We love the sound of the bells & it isn’t noisy at all. You’re surrounded by natural beauty & the sea, what more could you want?

I visited this place with my friend, where we stayed at b&b una terrazza sul golfo. It was a beautiful quaint town next to the sea. The people were welcoming, and greeted us every time we passed the main street. We felt very much at home there, I’d love to go back.

I understand this is a small place, but
I understand this is a small place, but
1- all the restaurants offer the same food at the same price. This is nonsense.
2- I and my partner wanted to have an aperitif and the only place was the season by vespa cafè. Despite we loved the vespa cafè in Palermo, this one was terrible: staff were very unprofessional (we left a review on google as well) and the food was under our expectation, especially because we loved the aperitif in via dell'Orologio.
3- We didn't know where to put our trash bags. Recycle is a mistery there.
4- we expected clean pure seawater, but it was actually dirty because of the high number of boats going up and down. Often I smelled gasoline. Horrible. Especially because there is a natural reserve just aside. People, you should respect the treasure you have.
5- If I want to get a bus from Palermo to Sferracavallo it is better to rent a car. Public transports don't exist.
In sum, it is a really nice place but managed by incompetent people.
The council administration should be ashamed.
The Host Irina was amazing, she was very kind and gave a lot of tips for us. The location was very good. The property was very cozy and beautiful. Our room was with the sea view, very big and very nice. Everything was extremely clean and smelling amazing good. We had included the very nice breakfast option in the amazing restaurant other side of the street, just a half of minute from hotel.
The place was really beautiful with a nice garden where we used to have a delicious breakfast. Giovanna and Pino are incredible people and they made us feel like a at home.
Also the place is good located in a small town next to the sea, with amazing restaurants. The train station was 3 min. walking, so you are really good connected (Palermo, Isola delle Femmine and Airport).
Thank you for having me Enza! I stayed here for two nights Oct 20-22. Breakfast was excellent I had coffee yogurt fruits toast with ham and italian pastries! The room is clean and very big and there is free water as well. The location is 5 minutes from the train station. The garden is beautiful and I really enjoyed staying in Sferracavallo!
I stayed very happy, the place was perfect, the house is new and really confy. The town is perfect to go to the beach and relax, the reserve that is near is beautiful to go to the beach or have some walks. I loved it, the owner of the house helped me alot and was really nice. Thanks
We really enjoyed our stay in Sfaracavallo mostly because we stayed in such a nice hotel with the best view. The hotelowner was very kind and helped us navigate through this beautiful small town. We definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

Fantastic view and comfortable room for a good value for money. You need to have a car to get there, as the place is out of Palermo, but if you intend to explore the surroundings and drive around Sicily, it's a great place to stay that will save you from the traffic.
The nice rooftop terrace and sea view.
The room is spacious, clean and well decorated.
There is a private parking lot for the Hotel.
Clara was very helpful and friendly! She showed us the parking spot and gave us tips on beautiful close beaches.
