Beautiful little village, great that there is an elevator that takes you up to the old town from a parking lot at the bottom so that you don't have to walk up the stairs especially if you have difficulty with steep hills or walking uphill.

Todi is a beautiful little town. We loved the scenery that surrounded the town. The history around every corner. Every shop or restaurant we went to we were treated with great respect. Churches are well worth a visit but be prepared to walk a lot of steps. Overall a wonderful place.

Beautiful old town with lots of very old buildings in great...
Beautiful old town with lots of very old buildings in great condition! There is a big square with a great cathedral and municipal buildings in fantastic condition. There are so many great restaurants. There are many small alleyways with historical buildings.
This is a small hotel wedged into a number of old houses and a tower in the old walled town of Colvalenza, in the middle of Umbria. It is a lovely place, surrounded by the green heart of Italy, and has lots going for it. The rooms are various in size- mine was a good size, with a small shower room and low ceiling. Not much natural light, but that's normal in these houses. The hotel has a good hotel-style restaurant, which has local visitors from outside the hotel as well as residents.
The welcome was warmest, we were able to have access to our room hours before the official check-in time and the hostess took all the time to tell us about the impressive building in which the hotel is located and to give us excellent tips regarding what places to visit and where to find good food and drinks (and ice-cream!) in Todi. On top of this, breakfast could be served half an hour earlier than usual at our request. All most enjoyable.
We enjoyed everything about our stay. The beds were comfortable and the room was a good size for our family of 3. The breakfast each morning was plenty and traditional Italian. Very good. The location to Todi was close and could see the gorgeous town from the pool. Parking our rental car was easy, lots of parking available. We had fun practicing our Italian the week we stayed. Would definitely return and recommend to anyone.
This is truly a little paradise. Small scale, personal attention and great staff. The entire premises are beautiful and extremely well maintained. Thanks to the wonderful weather we spent most of our time at the pool or the lawns with views on Todi. However, the interior of the Tenuta is also extremely tasteful. Great breakfast and lunch too. Definitely one of the best places I have ever stayed in in Italy.
This totally exceeded our expectations! The building is beautiful, rooms are spacious and the decor is stunning. Ciara is the most exceptional host. Always available to answer questions and give advice on what to see and where to eat. The breakfast is fabulous. The rooftop terrace is the most beautiful place to enjoy the stunning view. This was by far our favourite accommodation of our month in Italy ❤️
This is an excellent apartment in an historic building with beautiful views. It is comfortable and well equipped and suitable for self-catering. I have stayed there now several times this year when I've visited Todi for work, and the whole experience has been excellent. The host is very kind and helpful and responds quickly to any queries.
what’s not to like?! sprawling hotel with exquisite views & a lovely pool. staff were friendly, helpful (grazie francesca!) & honest (out of the 50+ guests in our booking, I haven’t heard a single complaint about nasty surprises when checking out). to top it off, the wine bottle prices were very reasonable.
The apartment/farm-house is vey spacious and the cooling system was excellent. It had good facilities, in a quiet, private location among sunflower fields. It is only a few minutes drive into Todi. There is even a vegetable patch available for guests to use! Luca is a very friendly host.
The Propery was beautiful ! the Location was perfect ..in the heart of Todi
our room had AMAZING views ... was Lovely place with excellent host.. Sandro was so helpful ... they recommended 2 excellent restaurants the Umbria Restaurant and Osteria Valle both were delicious!!
The staff, location and the breakfast are superlative. Everything was very clean and tidy. Parking is a short walk from the hotel. We did not need our car since the location in the heart of the city is very convenient for exploring the historic center.
First of all, Peter was very kind with everything especially for taking the bag all the way to our room. Great position, a 5 minute walk to the centre of Todi. The atmosphere is great, you feel like home. Breakfast was great in the outside garden.
The property is spotless and very well kept. It is a little jewel in the historical center of Todi. The assistance offered by the owner is state of the art. They are courteous, professional, unintrusive and very kind.
We loved our apartment; perfect for people who value privacy, a short walk away from the beautiful spa and hotel where the food is incredible and the stuff is super nice and helpful.
Our room was large, and beautifully updated. Our host was lovely, attentive and extremely helpful. It's a perfect location for exploring Todi and the surrounding area.
