The staff is VERY friendly and welcoming! As soon as we reached the hotel, Khalid graciously greeted us at the gate, helped carry in our luggage and made us feel very welcome. The dining team was also magnificent. Amer in particular was great and we had a lovely conversation. The location was perfectly placed right next to the Petra Visitor’s Center so after a day of exploring and being on our feet, the additional steps saved by the proximity really helped! It was also a lovely open space design so getting to our room while looking out to the lit buildings in the hill was a great view.

It was absolutely breathtaking to wake up every morning and see the majestic mountains right outside my window. The mountain view location of this hotel in Petra was a major highlight of my stay. It added a touch of magic and natural beauty to the experience, making it even more memorable and unforgettable. If you are planning a visit to Petra, I highly recommend choosing a hotel with a mountain view for an extra special experience.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean. The location is great, just 5 minute walk to Petra archeological site. The price was reasonable. We had adequate towels without having to request them (which hasn't always been the case at other hotels!) and were given complimentary bottle of water at check-in.

The hotel is in very good location! It’s in the center of the town. Walking distance to the shops, restaurants and grocery store. The staff are amazing, they are so accommodating and friendly. They will try to help you out with whatever you need. They offer free transfer to Petra. The transfer was only supposed to be from 4pm-6pm, but we ended up leaving petra at 7pm and they still picked us up. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. One of the nicest people I met.
