The manager Ahmed made my entire 7 day stay in Kuwait very comfortable. On the first day i left my laptop bag in a taxi (with passport and other valuable items) I was panicking at first but he went above and beyond to track down the driver and after a few hours of consistent effort from him he eventually found the driver who had returned my bag to the airport. He also arranged for a driver to take me there. as you can imagine i was very very happy.
a few days in to my stay my rental car broke down whilst i was in Salmiya (which is very far from the hotel) luckily i saved Ahmeds number and was able to contact him via Whatsapp. He contacted the rental company on my behalf and i had a replacement brought to my location and a collection of the broken down car within 45 minutes.
I can not show more gratitude to Ahmed, completely saved me on two occasions. Please give this man a raise. I will always recommend this hotel to my people traveling from UK. Was a truly great experience staying here.
