I cannot say enough good things about this charming little hotel. Only a one night stay and I wish it had been longer. The staff, the grounds, the rooms, the decorations, the views, and everything else about it far exceeded my expectations.

Everything! The staff are amazing-very attentive to ensuring a comfortable, serene, and enjoyable stay. We were lucky enough to spend 5 nights at Hotel Paco de Vitorino. The grounds are beautiful and include a large pool. The bed was 10 out of 10 for comfort. . It felt like we were on a retreat, yet close enough to drive to Ponte de Lima, Ponte de Barca, Guimaraes, Braga & explore the Minho region. It was an unforgettable experience!!! Thank you!! A lovely hotel. I arrived very early to check in but the wonderful lady at reception made me feel very welcome while I waited. Every member of the staff who we encountered were welcoming and smiling always. The room was very nice, very comfortable beds and a delightful balcony. We took advantage of the spa and had a pilgrims massage. Anna in the spa was Fantastic! Our breakfast was very nice, many excellent options. And the location is perfect. Near the old city and the Roman Bridge. A perfect place for El Camino pilgrims.

Casa da Travessa is in the perfect location. Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Christina was an amazing host. She was incredibly helpful and kind even offering to do our laundry. This was one of the best places we stayed whilst on the Camino. I highly recommend it.
