Its a calm area surrounded by green areas and yet very well connected with the city center. There is a supermarket and a few resturants next to the apartment. In the apartment you have all the appliances that you need for even a longer stay and everything is brand new. Wifi was also good. Although its a ground floor, I did not hear too much noise from the traffic etc.
