The property was beautiful, the room was great. Very comfortable. Great air con, wifi and bathroom facilities in room. The staff were lovely and always available if we needed anything. We were delivered water every morning. The beach was literally across the road. And was also beautiful. So it didn’t matter that there was no pool etc we will definitely be coming back to stay again in the future. Couldn’t fault it.

Excellent location, close to Surin Beach (1-minute walk), 7/11 across the street and next to a great Thai restaurant called Madams. Bang Tao night market is close by and a must-visit. Strong WIFI, a comfy bed, a fridge in the room and 2 bottles of free water daily. The staff were very helpful.

The hotel is represented as a family one but my husband and I were surprised as there were not a lot of children although, possibly, because of a low season. The hotel services correspond to a IHG hotel group's rate. We had a huge 2-room placement with a balcony. It was an everyday cleaning. Surin beach is one of the best on Phuket. There was a lot of choice in the minibar. The territory is very big and clean.

I had booked tickets to Phuket on a whim. I did a lot of research and decided on Surin Beach. I was after somewhere quiet but not remote. We were travelling with a teenager so wanted two bedrooms and some space. The two bedroom apartment was perfect for us providing indoor and outdoor spaces with a sea view. The air conditioning provided relief from the heat outside and there were times the ceiling fans were all we needed. Location was perfect, a short walk to the spectacular beach across the road. Staff were lovely, particularly from the restaurant. The food was amazing every time. The pool area was perfect. This is a professionally operated complex with great facilities. Easy access to the beach, local restaurants and shops.

Nice area, but I am not a beach person so I can't really judge. But lots of people were enjoying the beach and sunbathing. Plenty of chairs and shade. Plenty of food and drink options. Awesome sunsets.

Clean sandy treelined beach with local stalls selling various food and drinks. Sun beds and chairs/loungers available to hire. There are a couple of beach bars at one end but lacks cafes and bars. Not much happening once the sun goes down as local area lacks decent bars and restaurants outside of hotels. Most of Surins nightlife is focused along the busy main road. We had intended to stay 4 nights but left after two.

The beach was not so nice - lots of plastic and junk. The ocean was quite rough the days we were there and even when the weather was better it was not such an inviting beach. Some of the resorts are up a big hill. Outrigger was positioned well to access the shops and the beach. It was a 400 b ride in a Tok Tok to Patong each way.

It’s a nice little apartment in a good location but the cleaning of both the apartment and the public areas needed to be more thorough. On the positive side it has an incredible beautiful view of the sea and the bay…. Without doubt the most stunning one I had in Phuket. The bed and pillows are excellent. The room has a nice large (30sqm) terrace with access to a private infinity pool for 8 rooms. Reception Personnel are very friendly and efficient, and speak good English.

The bar and breakfast menu was great. The gym was amazing - biggest gym we had come across too including steam and sauna. The free shuttles to all the different restaurants and bars nearby is an absolute bonus too. Surin beach 1 min across the road was absolutely beautiful too.
