Beautiful location by the sea, great views, very peaceful and calm. The staff were very helpful via the WhatsApp chat, and no major language barrier. Rooms are comfortable and have nice decor. Good price for off season Close to a national hiking route and it's possible to do some walks from the hotel.

Firstly, the location is excellent as it’s a short flat 5min walk to the waterfront but set back up a side street so very quiet. Has a car park. Then you walk into the gates into a little slice of paradise. Immaculately maintained and beautifully designed. Rooms cleaned and towels changed daily by the cheerful ladies employed. Comfortable bed, aircon, good shower and a place to lay out toiletries (important). Fridge in room. Two pools which are beautiful and if you order some beers they are brought in an ice bucket :) Probably the highlight of the day is the magnificent high quality breakfast which has a few different things each day and is utterly delicious. And at 5pm tea and cake is served poolside. The whole place is peaceful and relaxing. The property is well managed by the owners who are present and on top of everything and they have a happy team of staff!

De location is very close to the beach at 50 meters of distance and also on the beach they have their own dedicate spot with their sunbeds solely reserved for Green Boutique guests.

Amazing host, went above and beyond for service and keeping us happy. Even to the extent of me asking if they had particular dessert during the day sitting by the pool and they didn't, but then been told later at night that he has gone out and picked up the dessert especially for us...Truly amazing..

They even offered pick-up directly from our villa! The Zmare restaurant was a highlight. The breakfast spread was a delicious and generous feast, perfectly fueling our adventures. The à la carte menu offered delicious food at reasonable prices, and the beachfront location was simply idyllic. The private beach access was the cherry on top! However, the true stars of the show were the staff. Their attentiveness and dedication to our comfort were unparalleled. Whether we needed help at odd hours or assistance booking excursions, they were always there with a smile and a willingness to go the extra mile. Their genuine warmth and cheerful disposition made our entire stay, truly magical. Z-Villas provided the perfect introduction to Turkey. We left with unforgettable memories and a strong desire to return next year.

Love the room and view of the ocean every morning! The breakfast is also Devine! I work out in the morning so the fact it stays open until 10:30 was super helpful! If you’re looking for somewhere to just stay put and not have to travel anywhere then this is the place
