The property is tucked back from the busy road, the landscaping was beautifully done and we really booked this hotel because of the pool, which was perfect for our family!

The breakfast was o.k. - about a 5 (on 1-10 scale). The location was good & we enjoyed the room, beds, small kitchen,
& living area. The lobby bar area was cute & the outside looked very nice. The provided transportation into Pinehurst was really appreciated.

Super friendly woman at the front desk checked me in. It was very late at night and she was dealing with some loud guests in the lobby and was very quick and pleasant while getting me into my room.

What I like most was the cashier, the part that I dislike was the roaches the holes in the blanket dirty coffee maker no coffee or sugar packs in the room no garbage bags in the garbage an CBS not working on the TV so I could have seen my Alabama and Georgia game. Telephone not being able to call the front desk just very unhappy all the way around and I paid $70 for thatI have stayed in super 8 in Birmingham Alabama and it is nothing like that one

Aberdeen probably not a destination spot - close to several golf courses - adjoins Southern Pines, a quaint village atmosphere, about 10 miles from Pinehurst which is a golfing mecca! Highway US 1 very busy, one needs nerves of steel to negotiate this highway! Longhorn Steak House very good!

We go 4-5 times for the equestrian eventing shows at the North Carolina Horse Park. So I spend most of my time out there. However, dinners are in town. Nice selection of restaurants and excellent food and service. Easy to get around. Also, Aberdeen is connected to other towns so that makes for a wider range of choices.

Our trip was amazing. The hotel was perfectly located.
Our trip was amazing. The hotel was perfectly located. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and beds were very comfy. We were able to enjoy the pool and patio. We went to Pinehurst golf resort and walked southern pines adorable little downtown area with great shops.
The property is absolutely stunning from the moment you pull up. Richard, the gentleman that checked us in, was very kind and knowledgeable. The room was very clean and spacious. There were plenty of towels! This is actually a big deal...I usually have to request additional towels at every hotel we stay at because they only give 2, we had 4 in the room! There is a very nice outdoor sitting area, cornhole boards, and putting green. Very nice selection in the snack area, also includes locally made gift items which I thought was very neat.
The hotel was practically brand new! It had a full-service restaurant (and bar) but you could still grab a quick bite for breakfast from the continental buffet if you didn't have time to wait. The rooms were modern and sleek with thoughtful storage space in the closet area and a nice coffee and tea nook. Last but most importantly, the beds were INCREDIBLY comfortable. I would easily stay here again when I come back to Pinehurst.
The room was mostly clean, a hair in the tub but nothing a quick wipe can’t fix.
When we checked out we did inform them of the hotel being 90 degrees in our room and they provided us with a $25 Starbucks gift card after saying we should have been at least partially refunded but that the specific person at the desk did not know how to process it since our stay was through booking.
It was the worst experience I have ever encountered The first night was absolutely awful the room had not been cleaned smell like cigarettes and urine from maybe a animal.
Service was not acceptable by no means.
Was told that we would get new room the second night.
Not any better in the shower there was a crack and we had roaches joining us.
I enjoyed my stay at TownePlace Suits. A very clean facility and welcoming staff. The exceeded my expectation with the kitchenette set up. I will definitely be staying here again when I'm in the area.
