The hotel was very neat and clean. The condition of the rooms was great as well as all of the areas of the hotel that I saw. I was greeted by Betty at the front desk upon my arrival. Betty was very cheerful and extra pleasant during the check in process. Betty also assisted me with an issue involving the television in my room by phone and she was again very helpful and indeed a real professional.

The property didn't look anything like it was advertised online by Agoda. The pictures must have been taken over a decade ago! There was pet smells/urine in the 1st room they gave us, then in the 2nd room they offered had stains all over the carpets, mold in the bathroom & beaten-up furniture! The conditions in the rooms & hotel were awful! We didn't stay there & had to look for other accommodations. I didn’t like the property at all the the front desk agent name Sonya she’s very nasty to me and my pregnant friend she yelled at us saying if we didn’t like the hotel get the hell out you don’t talk to people like that especially I am a guest for the first time coming from Orlando we will never go back to this place again the customer service is trash !

We loved Deerfield Beach!
We loved Deerfield Beach! It was hopping and fun and the restaurants were fabulous! I was very pleasantly surprised! I was told they have a female mayor who has made the area a showplace and it’s true! Kudos to her! There was music everywhere and people were dancing in the street! The beach appeared clean and well used by locals and visitors alike. I didn't use it for anythig, only walked and watched everyone else enjoying themselves. There were volleyball games, swimming and fishing going on as well as people just enjoying the sun. It wasn't a noisy beach and would be fine for families.
