CLEAN throughout the facility!! And second: staff was welcoming, breakfast options (esp fruit), hotel amenities equally as nice and well maintained, its a suite/hm this the dishes, full refrig, sink and microwave helpful and location and aesthetics was a plus (very near to family, eaters and stores).

This facility is fairly new with all modern equipment and amenities. It was clean and comfortable. The hot breakfast was good and the eating area was a nice size and very clean. The room was spacious and the separate areas were nice if someone wants to sleep before others.

Nice clean area the further you get away from Jackson.
Nice clean area the further you get away from Jackson. Good inexpensive restuarants in the area, easy access to I55 and I20. It is an area that is spread out, so bring a navigator with you and be sure to write down address before you head out in a car. We gave Garmin the address to a restaurant and she missed it a couple times. How I love to circle. The staff was friendly.
The staff was friendly. However if you pay with a debit card, you will be charged an extra fee, and they will hold at least $100.00. They are very slow about releasing the $100 charge when you check out. None of this info is on their website. It states on the website that they take credit cards and debit cards but does not give the policy of holding funds if paying with a debit card. This kept our trip from being a really good experience

Reserved on May 11 2022 for May 14th. Got to hotel at 2pm 5/14/2022 & noticed plastic on the walls with scrap materials & big dumpsters. Told front desk clerk shawnda me & friend were there for the pool she never said it was closed & proceeded to run my card. I asked again about the pool conditions then she tells me it was closed! Acted unprofessional & rude when I asked her why she did not tell me before she ran my card.! She said I should have called first to find out & it is on website. I pulled up website on my phone & asked her to show me but after going back & forth scrolling & not finding it she handed my phone back & again told me I should have called first! Then tells me to dispute the charge.I requested a manager but she told us nobody was available! We never unpacked our bags & did NOT stay at this hotel on 5/14/2022!! We went to another hotel & rented another room! This is the second time I have been very disappointed at this hotel & will not give A third chance! The last time I stayed there( again for the pool!) a group of people backed up their truck to the outside entrance gate to the pool & fired up a BBQ grill & had a cooler full of beer along with blaring loud music!! They told me they did it all the time for pool parties & offered me a beer! I went to my room early that last time! Never again!!

I didn’t like the Hilton Garden Inn at all!
I didn’t like the Hilton Garden Inn at all! Upon arrival I get into my room and to my surprise there was not an tissue in the bathroom at all! I was highly disappointed! There are signs all over the building to wear masks and most people just ignore the signs! The hotel room was not clean enough and they charge you for breakfast and once you get there the only breakfast you have is given to you in a box! My last visit there! Will not be going back to the Hilton Garden Inn!AAnonymous
