Our short stay was amazing. The staff from the doorman, the front desk, concierge and the waiters at Murals54 were all top notch. The room was phenomenal, I wanted to move in! I loved all the photos around the room and the decor was perfection. The beds were comfy, it may sound weird, but the hot water was actually hot and almost instantly. We were less than a 2 minute walk to 5th Ave and all the shops. A quick cab ride to Broadway and Times Square. I adored the history of the hotel and it's Hollywood clientele back in the day. I will always stay here from now on when I visit New York

Liked the option of just dropping off room keys upon departure, GREAT Location. Very helpful staff, for example, getting a cab. Wonderful shower in our room. The view from our room was fantastic. Appreciated the room upgrade as we were celebrating our marriage Anniversary!

Don’t stay in New Jersey to save money , if you are visiting New York ( Manhattan ) you will end up paying a lot for transportation. Add that money and stay in city center .you can save money and energy

A very nice, safe town.
A very nice, safe town. There were many families and groups of people going out for dinner, shopping and the like. There are many coffee shops that are delicious and have nice ambiance. There are grocery stores that are amazing, big, beautiful, clean and great products and prices. There are plenty of things to do, being very close to NYC, Met Life Stadium and malls and movie theaters. There are historical sites and many parks with gorgeous views of the Hudson River, George Washington Bridge and NYC.

There is no daily cleaning of rooms, I had 3 people in the room and I only got 2 sets of towels I had to go to front desk to ask for towels, the young man was very courteous he said he would bring it to the room which he did in no time.

Convenient location.
Convenient location. We wanted to visit NYC but didn't want to stay there. We Ubered back and forth to NYC. It was a very nice hotel to stay in and we would stay there again. The breakfast was magnificent. It took about 20 minutes to get to NYC. Note: Evening Ubers are twice as much as morning Ubers. After tip we paid over $100 to come back at night. But, if you've driven in NY, it was worth it.

I didn't visit fort Lee, I only stayed in the hotel for a short period of time. Spent my time in Englewood N J. Wouldn't invite friends over for a while because of the dirty room. Didn't complaint to front desk knowing that they already informed me of lack of staff.

We were there for the I Love NYC at Central Park.
We were there for the I Love NYC at Central Park. Driving was easy to get to and from the hotel to parking. The staff was exceptionally concerned with guest satisfaction. The bartender, Dean, absolutely went out of his way to fulfill our needs. The coffee staff was pleasing and welcoming and the front desk checked us in and out with efficiency. Overall I would give you an 11 if possible and settle for the 10-star service.
check in was smooth and quick. The reception was friendly and informative. They made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions. They had the amenities they advertised. I got a nice room, and my son did too. I asked for and received extra towels and toiletries. All the staff was helpful, and they asked about my stay at the end when I left. They were super nice, and I felt very safe at the hotel. It is conveniently located to many eateries, shopping and entertainment.
I spent a weekend waiting for an interview at a private university on a campus in NY. This hotel allowed me free parking with an excellent rate plus breakfast. The place is curious but very practical with a shopping center behind, highway 4 below and the Washington bridge steps away. I dedicated the weekend to visit New York that I traveled without a car with a train (4) from the Bronx to Fulton. I went back via Jersey City- Hoboken but finally Uber. Perfect.
The rooms were spacious, up to date, and comfortable. I like that they had blackout curtains. The buffet breakfast was great. The hotel was pretty full the weekend we were there and the staff did a great job keeping the buffet stocked. The hotel restaurant The Placery had good food (we had 2 meals there) and was reasonably priced. Front desk staff and cleaning staff were very friendly and professional.
Great location. So easy to get on the highway. 10 minutes to everywhere in Fort Lee and Palisades. Room is spacious. Have enough table tops for work and put stuff on. Also have a armchair. Free parking is awesome. Breakfast is included but would be better if more variety than just bagel and cereal. There were fresh apples and clementines that was nice. Staff were nice.
Nothing to be honest. I booked it as it was advertised as a hotel however beware as it is 'Motel'. The Best Western Staff mentioned that they "brand" it as a hotel which is not true at all.
The Only plus point was the free parking. Which I am ready to pay should my experience be as expected. Overall a major let down and ruined our Christmas holidays.
The breakfast was wonderful and that's great that hotels include that in your stay. The location was great especially since we were going to visit the City. The hotel was great and my fam8ly and I would totally book your hotel again when we come back for another trip.Thank you all so much!! Keep up the great customer service and friendly service.
I was driving from MD to NY, was late at night and I decided to stop to sleep at 1am. My reservation was confirmed and the hotel tried to charge me again upon arrival, I had to ask the front desk to reserve the charges, he was unable to find the booking on his system because it was after midnight. Terrible experience.
The hotel has very good location, close to George Washington Bridge. The room was big, with 2 Queen beds and sofa bed. The bathroom is big. Coffee and fridge in the room. Large parking. Lobby bar and kitchen open very late. Nice place to spend your late evening.
It was clean! The beds were extreamly comfortable. The lobby is very pretty. They do have resturants in the hotel. A little pricey but still nice. It was close to the city. free parking is also amazing. Over all it was a great trip.
The value near Manhatten and Bronx was good. The staff was mostly helpful. With Covid, there wasn't much in the hotel that was open, but just fine if you are out. After figuring out public transit to NYC, it was really a value.
The best part of the hotel is free parking and easy Uber ride to uptown. The rooms were clean but the hallways still smelled like cigarettes even though they switched to being a smoke free hotel.
The free breakfast was great. The staff was nice & helpful. The room was clean, and quiet, had no issues with the hotel/room. The beds are a bit high but I didn’t mind it at all!
Great place to visit New York for an affordable price. Just 45 mins with a (on time) busconnection. Even some pretty nice restaurants in Fort Lee (e.g. Shanghai).
