Hotel room was very nice and comfortable. I had a 2 room suite which was excellent and provide nice separate area to watch TV. Staff was extremely friendly. The price for this room was very good and included breakfast. The Breakfast was was awesome and even had someone making great omelets, Pancakes and Waffles. Highly recommend and going forward I will be searching out Double Tree by Hilton in my next travel plans.

Breakfast was ok. Didn't see a toaster for bagels. No other bread or English muffins or pastries besides bagels. No bananas oranges or apples, only fresh cut- up fruit which was decent. French toast was very good and had blueberries sprinkled in the pan. Scrambled eggs were good too as were bacon & sausages.

The ambience of the hotel was nice. Rooms were a good size as well. Convenience to restaurants and other nearby places such as pharmacy. The neighborhood was beautiful to the eye with parks nearby and public transportation available if desired. Breakfast included had enough variety for the family and plenty of seating for us.

These people is not of their word. I had several complaints of my stay and none of them was acknowledged to my satisfaction. I was told by 3 staff the situation would be handled and it wasn’t. I was also told on check out day my bill would be adjusted and it wasn’t, I even emailed Judy the sales manager afterwards about my adjustment and she did not respond and now it’s 4 days later. It’s one thing I hate is a liar and a person that doesn’t stay to their words. I will be moving forward to get this handled as it should have been. She wants to remove my previous review, but doesn’t want to correct the issue. Very unprofessional staff!! I have stayed at this Hotel many times and every time has been a pleasure. The Staff are always friendly and the property is always clean. The rooms have never been disappointing. The short distance to the train to do the touristy things are always a plus. Would recommend this Hotel.

It’s a clean hotel with friendly staff. They were very nice. The Indian restaurant attached was SUPERB! The only complaint which is a huge one is that we slept on a boulder with blankets. My fiancé couldn’t sleep and I was too drunk to care until I woke up at 5 am and couldn’t fall back asleep.
