I made a mistake in locations on my previous review of Lacey. I thought I was reviewing Riverfront Hotel in Roseburg. Lacey was extremely wonderful. Every last thing was good, including a wonderful breakfast which is included. The park-like setting is extremely relaxing. Jim from Canada

It's a very great part of town and the actual scenery that I endures was quite wintery and majestic , the cozy little parks spread out through the town comfortably and the stores are very friendly staffed , the shopping scented mall is by far one of the most friendly I've been too .I however did eat at casa Mia and Safeway for most of the stay , I'd avoid the down town scheme of people that tend to flawk around by night in there cars , I think most of the carelessness of drivers around here says alot about it's morale

The best thing I did in Lacey was the couple hours walking through Cabelas.
Went to the Denny's and the service was nice but the restaurant smelt bad and the washrooms were gross. Our stay in Lacey was way over priced and I would not recommend Lacey to any friends or family.

Jason the customer service guy was great.
Jason the customer service guy was great. The pool had way to much chlorine in it and had two boys and myself sick from all the chlorine left at 539 in the morning. Couch in, sneezing, blood throwing up burning eyes. Nothing else great garbage and food all over motel only thing good was Jason had a lousy time.

The front desk staff and a housekeeper we encountered during our stay were fantastic! The breakfast was good and the parking free. We were pleasantly surprised to find a larger than usual room refrigerator and also a full sized ironing board and iron.

Nothing good!
Nothing good! Toilet wouldn't flush, carpets gross, electric fireplace sounded like it was going to explode, no screens on windows and they opened fully, pool cloudy, homeless and permanent resident hanging around entrance, parking lot and lobby.
This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at! If you are looking for a longer term stay, this is the ideal place. I was especially happy with the way they handled safety during the pandemic. All staff wore masks, the room and areas were very clean, and they had a grab-and-go breakfast bag option in the morning. The service was exceptional, the staff did their best to accommodate our requests and keep things in stock during our week long stay. The location is also really great, you can walk to many restaurants and grocery stores
Breakfast was a good, sack breakfast, (due to COVID restrictions). I was happily surprised to find a clean, exercise room with free weights & cardio equipment. I appreciate the hotel being conservative with their towel supply. Each of us received one towel of each size which was perfect. I’m sure had there been more, we would’ve use them unnecessarily.
The front desk staff was very friendly.
Nothing, the place was sketchy, looked like an institution treatment center or it used to be a jail or court house. Building was old, you can tell by the color of carpet, the paint job, and the rooms. Looks haunted. Charged $200 for 2 nights is over-priced by the way this building looks. For anyone looking for a place to stay a couple nights, go to La Quinta or Best Western Plus.
The front desk staff were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We were so impressed with how comfortable, clean and appointed our room was - it was by far the best value for our money out of all the hotels/motes we stayed at throughout our Los Angeles to Seattle road-trip.
There was NO BREAKFAST INCLUDED. this is the only reason we booked here, the pool and breakfast for my kids. Everything was so dirty (visible dirt, smells of poo, smoking jn rooms, light fixtures not working).... it was the grossest hotel I've ever been to and I want a refund. It was not as advertised.
Breakfast was good. The night receptionist was an amazing hard working man. He took care of everything and was able to answer all my questions. He solved the mistakes his supervisor made and looked after the best interest of my experience at the hotel.
Location was good. breakfast was good. my hotel smelled like a smoker room instead of non-smoking. my carpet was not vacuumed well. bed was comfortable. Staff morning and afternoon shifts aren’t friendly. I had to say greetings since my stay.
The hotel was modern, well fitted out, good location with tons of shops near by, staff were helpful and overall, it was a comfortable hotel to stay in. Will stay there again. Breakfast was good too with a hot meal provided.
Everything was excellent, the room layout, the bed, the blackout roller blinds, the room amenities. Breakfast was one of the best I've had at a hotel with excellent variety (hot and cold selections) and sufficient seating.
Decline to stay in this hotel. The one elevator was not working and they expected me (76ys old) to walk up three flights of stairs (with & without luggage) to get to my room. There was no discount offered.
We liked that we could bring our dog and there was no extra charge.
There was a nice place to walk our dog by the hotel which is surrounded by trees.
The breakfast had a good variety of choices.
I was booked in a newer area of the hotel and even though I was beside an elevator, it was still nice and quiet when I had to go to bed. I enjoyed that the room was clean and spacious.
