We were in town for a family event. My four-year-old left behind a Bunny slipper. I called the hotel after our stay, and the staff was very helpful in locating the Bunny slipper. They mailed the slipper back to my home as well. I really love that the staff was so helpful.

The Hotel is very poorly maintained, we had to change rooms due a smell in the room provided. We had various issues with the hotel including the Spa which was out of action and hadn’t been emptied for over 6 months. We had to complain about noise, no Housekeeping and the Shower which leaked and I cut my finger on. I’ve made a formal complaint to the Manager at the Hotel with no response received.

The location was great. It was easy to get to the premium outlets and to South Nashua. Parking was always available near the front door and the elevators were really quick.
