No hospitality. I am disabled and had to almost beg someone to help me with my luggage. I asked if I could please have a room on first floor, and I was told because I booked through a partner site and not them directly. They couldn’t do that and give me any kind of upgrade, so I had to be in the second floor, regardless of whether I had a disability where I was sick. I had no idea certain rooms were on certain floors at this particular hotel; however, I have worked at a very well-known and high rated chain, and I know as they could have been much more accommodating. The room was very small. I wanted a discount or refund. It did not have what was listed in the description (restaurant/lounge area). The front desk worker did not offer to help me at all, and when I asked for help, he said he didn’t know if he could help me because he had to take someone to the airport. When he returned, he said he could help with my luggage - if I did need it. When I left, I called down to the front desk to ask for help and I was told I was going to have to wait a couple hours for any assistance. Gratefully,(and I so wish I could remember her name) a lady, possibly a housekeeper or supervisor, I really am not sure sure, helped me. She was the most understanding and helpful person at that hotel. If you are looking for hospitality, this is not the right hotel for you.

The staff is very nice, its super clean and comfortable for the price.
The room was really nice. The front desk clerks were very nice but I got charged $20 in a penny more than what my Booking.com had quoted me. It said they charge me for them saloon that they had in there and I paid with my debit card when I bought my drinks so I don’t understand why I got charged. I must’ve got charged just because I walked in the door $20.

Beware of their hotels , most have incorrect information listed on this and other booking sites. Before paying always ask to see the room and their pool , hot tub ,etc. The only place i would recommend if you are a Bold Eagle fan as my husband and myself are go to Credit Island , You will find them everywhere in the park especially in the tree tops.

The only complaint I would have is the breakfast.
The only complaint I would have is the breakfast. I realize it was after the Carrie Underwood Concert but I am sure concerts always brings in big crowds. I ate at 8:30 and there was only eggs available when I went thru. The coffee was empty and no forks available. Just think more help in the kitchen after big concerts. Love the Hotel otherwise.

We weren't happy with the quality of the hotel and there were no cabs to get to the concert we came for. Uber in the area kept saying no one was available and we ended up waiting an extra hour after the concert trying to get back to our hotel. The concert and center it was held at was great.

We loved the location of the Comfort Inn Hotel.
We loved the location of the Comfort Inn Hotel. It was close to the airport, dining an shopping. We didn't do much shopping since we were in town to pick up a famiy member at the airport. The mall was a dissappiontment due to many stores had permanently closed. If you are looking for a great hotel you shoud stay at the Comfort Inn. The staff i very polite, friendly and accomodating. We loved their hot breakfast with the option of having an omlet of scrambled eggs with our choice of fixins added. The hotel was super clean and exceeded my expectations.
Liked the quick check-in and reasonable price. Outside the property didn’t looked the greatest (seems to be a common theme with most hotels) but the room was clean and comfy. Good size bathroom, clean towels and hot water. Parking immediately outside the building. No hairdryer inside the room but you could borrow one from reception, so not a problem.
Older property, built in the mid 1960's but the new owners are working to fix it up. Office area very neat. Rooms small (again think 1960's size) but hey, your just gonna sleep. Desk clerk was very accommodating, I had failed to ask for an accessible room. They had none but the desk clerk did get us a ground floor room. Overall a very pleasant stay.
The hotel staff was very friendly and accomodating. Our room was super clean and neat. We loved the breakfast. It has excepptionally nice to have a staff member make an omelet for each of us. Most hotels that offer a hot breakfast only have self service. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend it to friends.
My mom said that was the best hotel she had ever been in for her entire life. She is 76 years old. I finally outdid my Dad in her eyes. The trip was wonderful and she really was impressed with my lifestyle because of this hotel and staff. Thanks. I will make this my stay every time I'm in this area.
the breakfast was good, also the bed was confutable as well, the Hotel was nice and quite, the front desk staff was so polit and offer me to assist as i arrived around 11PM and the restraints were closed, he told me if you want to eat i will request food for you and that was so kind form him
From first arrival , it's a clean and modern hotel . Check in was great and easy . Room was perfect for our needs and above all else it was clean and had no smells ! Just a one night stay for work would have been happy to stay a little longer . Breakfast was good with lots of options .
The rooms are spacious with great views. Comfortable beds and pillows. The breakfast was excellent with many choices.
There was a small area in the lobby that had a room where you could close the doors and have a private conversation.
Overall, the hotel was very quiet.
Being escorted by the police, off of the property. Not getting my money back after being kicked out for disobeying a hotel policy I had no prior knowledge about. Seeing a 🪳 crawl across the floor..I could go on but I digress..
Nothing. Your website said I paid hotel said I did not and they would only take cash. So after waiting for you all to help me for about two hours. I stayed elsewhere. I am still waiting for you to reimburse the difference
We have been traveling to the area for a couple months now through our traveling nurse program. Staff is still great. We were greeted as always with great service. Our rooms were ready and had no issue.
