We were there for a wedding and it was conventionally located between wedding in Castle Rock and reception in Palmer lake. The house is large and was clean. At no fault of the owner there was a leak from the dishwasher when we first arrive however they quickly sent someone out to take care of it. Would definitely stay again.

I recently stayed at My Place Hotel in Colorado Springs and was extremely disappointed with the misleading advertising on Booking.com. The listing promised a full kitchen, yet there were no pots, pans, or essential cookware provided. After speaking with Destiny at the front desk, I was told that refunds couldn’t be issued as the policy was clearly stated on Booking.com. However, upon reviewing the website, I found no such policy regarding the lack of kitchen supplies. Destiny explained that they don't include dishes, pots, and pans because it's a liability. When I asked for clarification, she mentioned concerns about theft and the potential for guests to get hurt. I found this to be a very poor and unconvincing answer. I have stayed at many different hotels with full kitchens, and they all include pots, pans, dishes, and silverware. Destiny also acknowledged that this issue has occurred before and mentioned that corporate doesn’t make concessions or offer refunds. This left me feeling lied to and taken advantage of as a customer. The experience was frustrating, and I believe others should be aware of this deceptive practice. I hope the hotel chain My Place Hotel addresses this issue to prevent future guests from experiencing the same disappointment. Sincerely. Paul and Jan Walker

Location was great, very walkable, no traffic noise, close to food and shops. Breakfast was great. Plenty of food and variety. Hotel was very clean. Room was very comfortable. Staff was attentive and friendly.

The staff was attentive and helpful. When I was over 100 miles away, I noticed that my wallet was missing. I called the hotel and, while the manager kept me on the phone, he checked the room. He was unable to locate the wallet. Later, when he had more time, he checked room again and found it, he called me and made arrangements to mail it to my home. Such tenacity and honesty are hard to find in today's society.

The kids enjoyed the pool. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Location was good to access alot of tourist spots.

The breakfast was cold and soggy not enough food for the gentleman ran out. I asked for more he dropped cups on the floor and put them back up to use and did not work gloves to get food out.
