Location and ease of access in and out of the hotel. Consistently friendly helpful staff. We stay here to visit family in the Peoria area for the past 10 years or more. Its had several name changes. Previously Park Inn then Radisson. Its been very well maintained. Near the interstate but far enough back you don't hear it from your room. Reasonably priced.
The Quality Inn Morton at I-74 hotel is ideally located off Interstate 74, only eight miles east of Peoria. The Greater Peoria Regional Airport is 12 miles away.

- When we booked our hotel, we booked a room that was pet friendly but when we arrived, they had no pet friendly rooms left. The front staff was able to make othe arrangements for us... but it looks as though we were charged twice for a pet fee still have not been able to rectify this issue.
- no bed bugs!!!
- good sized room, aliitle cold in the room itself

The bartender was on Friday night was exceptional. She was nice, engaging, and quick to serve us all. The breakfast on Saturday morning was very good. I had the eggs benedict. Everything was fresh and the eggs were cooked to perfection.

This is an upscale area and way better place to stay than Peoria. Plenty of good restaurants, too. It's right off the interstate but to avoid road construction you can get to most places on secondary roads.

In general, we liked this facility.
In general, we liked this facility. Staff was friendly and efficient, grounds and room were clean, breakfast was decent. They seem to have problems with the pool/hot tub - they rarely are working and we stay here on a regular basis.

Nice clean little town.
Nice clean little town. Our stay was right in the area where there were conveniences close. We stayed at America's Best Hotel which was in the middle of renovations but the beds were very comfortable and the decor and amenities were nice. We ate at La Fiesta Mexican restaurant which was excellent! We picked up Starbucks at the Kroger store (which most people will not know are in some Krogers) and they were not super warm. We were in town for a wedding which was in a neighboring community. The drive from Morton was a little lengthy but worth it.

We just stayed overnight at the Quality Inn and that was super. We also went to the Steak’N’Shake for super, we had never been to one before and we were very impressed with the food, the prices and the waitress!

I arrived close to midnight, but the person who checked me in was informative and nice. He had me sign a notice about the hotel being non-smoking and that there would be a fine for any evidence of smoking and/or undisclosed pets, which tells me that this hotel is dead-serious about those issues. The room that I stayed in was clean.
This gem of a hotel has been meticulously refurbished on the inside and is as clean and modern as any high priced luxury hotel. Greatly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there again!
We are in Morton IL for the pending birth of our second grandchild. The hotel was close to my son's home, so the location was the primary reason for choosing this hotel.
