The guest room was great for my wife, our baby girl, and our dog while we traveled to Pagosa Springs on our annual ski trip. The bed was super comfy and we slept great.

The place is absolutely amazing.
I think it is on one of the most beautiful properties in pagosa. The cabine lodging was perfect for us as we got lucky and had the place all to our selves.
The host is very sweet and cooked us an amazing breakfast each morning.
The breakfast area is in the main lodge that is this spectacular huge great room with more views looking out at the pristine property. For us it just couldn't be any better.

Huge condo with a full kitchen and two bathrooms and separate master suite. It even had a washer and dryer! Back door opens to a porch with access to a meadow in the rear of the property. Everything was spotlessly clean. Located in a residential area several miles outside the main tourist area, and near several restaurants and a very nice supermarket where you can purchase anything you need to eat in.

This Lodge is the BEST! It is clean, great location, service, laundry that was free to use, and the best rooms you can imagine and they are large. Regular coffee maker, coffee container, huge shower, comfortable beds, special black towel that says for makeup. Towels and wash rags were thick. Real glasses to drink out of. Containers with soap, shampoo, and conditioner. I can't say enough good things about this lodge.
Overlooking San Juan River, this resort is located in downtown Pagosa Springs. An entrance to San Juan National Forest is 5 miles away.

The hot spring mineral water was filling into the big pool, as it was cleaning day, and was wonderfully hot. The hot tub was nice as well.
Staff was especially pleasant.
I could use the pool area until 1:00 on the day I checked out. How great was that!

BUT it failed in cleanliness. Also essential equipment not provided - insufficient mugs, no glasses, no saucepans, no bowls, no outside BBQ as advertised, one bed not made up.
