The room was very spacious and the decor was very stylish. We had a baby with us so we really loved the large room for setting up her bassinet and a little play area for her. The hotel staff was extremely nice and helpful. We loved the morning coffee and tea in the lobby which had alternative milks and tasted excellent. We were able to walk to many restaurants quite easily which fantastic.

Ojai is very much worth visiting if you want to escape the rush of big cities and franchise businesses such as Starbucks, fast food outlets, and rude city drivers. The bike/walking path through the village allows one to experience nature in many forms. It is maintained wonderfully and surprising free of trash and litter. Don't miss the abundance of charming restaurants with unique menus. Enjoy hiking or, if you are a bit hardier, biking the Shelf Road trail with its great views of the Ojai Valley.

The mountains surrounding the city are beautiful. The city itself really has nothing to offer except a lake. The downtown is very small unless you’re hiking or fishing. There isn’t much to do. Ojai is a charming village with shops, restaurants and boutiques. There are many health centers too. The Libby Bowl is an excellent, small concert venue and the Ojai Valley Resort and Spa has excellent golf opportunities and Bluegrass Sunday brunch. We enjoyed our visit to Ojai. The hiking was very good, with well marked signage. The weekend traffic was heavy, but not once you got out of town. The downtown area was fun with lots of little quaint shops and galleries. The farmers market was amazing. Our favorite restaurant was the Seafood Restaurant. Libby park was pretty with good tennis facilities. The bike ride from Ojai to Ventura is a must. Beautiful ride that provides good exercise and not too steep in either direction. A fun get away location.

The room was a good size. I never saw a human been working in the hotel. No basic services for the price. No making the bed Just one roll of toilet paper for a two room One box of Kleenex for the whole place No extra water, not even to buy Overall very disappointed; Mi family stay at Capri, a lot less money and a lot more services. The room was very clean and spacious for two people. We were in room 6 which was towards to back of the property -this was helpful with road noise reduction as the property is right off of the main road. The staff were friendly and helpful.
